"Spoilt for choice opted for the bouillabaisse starter and the bbq quail served with moghrabia (giant cous cous). The starter is very different from bouillabaisse served at other French fine dining restaurants in that it was full of flavour and with our the unpleasant fishy smell/after taste. Compliments to the chef, she uses a variety of herbs and condiments to enhance flavours without overpowering it. The menu was again beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. Also tried their supercharged juices which was very refreshing."

The menu is vibrant and exiting with a Myriad of ingredients and as waiter informs several cooking techniques are employed in each dish, such as to be expected in a high end fine dining venue. I had the fricassee of escargots served with black garlic which was extremely pleasing followed by BBQ quail served with giant cous cous which exemplified the ethos of the menu I.e fusion of west and east. Their in house drinks are again very different and I tried the ambience des Eurasia which was refreshing. We shared a desert of poached fig an plum served with halva ice cream that was simply sublime. I have already recommended this restaurant to friends and cannot wait to go again to try their Thai infused halibut."
